For those of you who are interested, my witchling has started writing in her diary again... So go say hello to her... She gets very excited when she has a guestbook entry!
She says she wants to do it on a more regular basis. Personally, I think its pretty neat that she is eight years old and bloggin'. The kid's only eight and has already had her blog for over three years! LOL
I keep it pretty safe. I approve all her entries before she posts them (to make sure there isn't too much personal-ness, names, that sort of stuff) She does have contact info (email address, guestbook) but she doesn't know her own password and I check through her email before letting her read it.
Last night my mother came over to babysit and James took me out to dinner. It was so nice to be alone with him! We didn't go anywhere special, just the Olive Garden, but it was just the two of us... I miss that! We spend a lot of time together with our children... We are a very close family, and homebodies. Its always James and I, Bubba and the witchling. And that is wonderful, I am not complaining or anything...
It was still nice to be alone with my husband for once. To eat a meal without being nervous that Bubba will throw a fit, or who is eating what, who's making a mess, who is trying to crawl under the table to get something that fell...
You get the idea.
Last night, or rather, this morning I could not fall asleep! I think it was around two something when I finally went under, and I was so scared that he was going to wake up extra early this morning! So imagine my surprise when I opened my eyes and saw it was half past eight! Of course, I couldn't lay there and enjoy my lay in, because I immediately started worrying... Why was he so quiet? Was he ok? Just asleep? Alive?
So I jumped out of bed and opened his door...
And of course he was fast asleep in his little bed!
Things you can only learn from movies and television...
