Wow... Been a couple of days since I've felt like writing... Its just so damn hot! I've been hiding out in our air-conditioned bedroom, and alas, no internet connection in there!!!
Sooooo... What's new? Not much...
We're still doing the gluten-free diet with Bubba, and it seems to be working. His poo is nowhere near as disgusting! And as a nice side effect (which I didn't know about till my aunt told me sometimes they have kids with behavior problems on the same diet) he has calmed way down! Putting him to bed no longer takes two hours of screaming! We have had far fewer temper tantrums and he just seems happier...
He is still a little OCD freak though... Everything we do has to be done exactly the same... Everything is like a recipe... For example, he flipped out today because James went out, while my mother was here and he had to move her car because she was behind ours... Bubba freaked! My mom couldn't figure out what was wrong, because he had been fine and playing happily just a moment before... So when James came in to return her keys, I had her watch the goodbye routine, properly done...
This time, James left through the back door... Paused at the kitchen window to say bye to Bubba who had already climbed into the windowseat... He kissed Bubba through the windowscreen, and then got into the car... They then exchanged "I love yous" with Bubba saying "Bye Daddy I love you" over and over and over. Then as James backs down the driveway, he runs through the house to the front window and they wave to each other before James drives away.
This is done every single time James leaves the house...
This made my mom really nervous.
In other news... The Witchling is away for the weekend. She's gone to my favorite place in the WHOLE WORLD, Prudence Island... This is also where I plan to go if there is a moderate to severe zombie outbreak.
Also, James and I have decided to open our own little online witchy shop. I am going to sell my own 'oils, incenses, and brews'... I love to make stuff, and I've been doing this for years and years, so I am pretty good at it... In a few months I am also going to start putting handmade ritual clothing on there. Robes and dresses, for grown ups and kids. Although I am going to focus on making beautiful dresses for the plus sized ladies, cause I am one, and I know what a bitch it is to find anything gothy or witchy that fits AND looks good... Until I found Torrid I was screwed in that area...
Soooooo... when I open up, I hope you will all come and visit and maybe buy somethin'...
