James has to be at work for one pm today...

I think every Sunday is going to be a working day from now on. On the one hand that sucks, because most of our extended family gatherings take place on Sundays. But on the bright side, where he works Sundays have a dinner menu all day, so that will be better for the tips he brings in!

~On a side note...~ Always tip your waiter. They live on that. They might have a family to feed, and they might just desperately need that extra five bucks that you don't feel like adding to make it a decent tip. Its not always the waiter's fault if things are slow, they are at the mercy of the kitchen... And the kitchen doesn't work for tips!~End rant~

My son is a fruit loop. Holy cow can he SCREAM... Two is turning out to not be such a fun age... I hope by three he scales it down a bit. We joke about his OCD but right now its really not very funny. He is screaming at the top of his lungs. Ear piercing shrieks, because James went to the market without doing the "goodbye" ritual.

I miss baking. I want to make some bread... I want to bake some cookies... I have a whole group of people coming over for a pagan potluck meetup on Wednesday, and I'd planned to make veggie lasagna and a big salad and my famous herb and cheese bread... And right now the only thing I can still do is the salad!

I hope we can sort something out by then. Maybe I can ask my upstairs neighbors if I can use their stove for the day!

I am conflicted about this gathering... I am worried that a crowd will show up and my apartment, which is a decent size but not huge, won't be big enough... But I am also thinking what if no one shows up? That would suck too... We'd be eating lasagna the rest of the month... Assuming, of course, that I can find somewhere to bake the damn thing!
