My diary needs a change.
I am kind of sick of it.
Which is part of the reason I don't update much anymore... The excitement and satisfaction I used to feel when I popped onto my own page is gone. Its, well, a bit boring now! Which is sad, because a very good diaryland friend designed this template for me, and she has been awol for over a year now. Part of the reason I haven't changed it was because it reminded me of her!
But I have had this since before I got preggers with Bubba and he'll be two in June!
So its time for a change.
I used to spend hours and hours going through the free template sites, finding things I liked and changing colors, adding stuff, taking stuff away, finding images and blinky things, those little mousetails, what have you... Sitting at the computer screen until my eyes began to cross from all the html coding!
Just working so hard to make something that was fun, or elegant, or silly... I used to change my template monthly!
But I can't do all that anymore!
The problem is, between keeping house, homeschooling the witchling, chasing Bubba around-and doing it all while eight months pregnant-I don't really have the time and energy (both physical and creative) to design myself something new and sparkly!
So I am going to ask you guys for help... If there is anyone out there who still reads me (assuming there is anyone after the neglect this poor diary has suffered!) and is at all html savvy...
I am in desperate need of a new design... Something to breathe life into this tired old page! I have had this thing for over three years now, and I don't want to stop anytime soon, but I do need something to inspire me to continue. I'd like to get back into writing like I used to... Something more than just a checking in...
Something that reflects my personality, and witchiness... Something pretty and sparkly... Maybe using the same images, maybe not, whatever...
I even think I might want to switch to a weblog style...
I dunno...
Just something NEW!!!
Something FABULOUS!!!
Something EXCITING!!!
