Momma Blehk

Check out my website:

Twenty six weeks now, and things are pretty good! Little Willow kicks like crazy! I have only gained one pound, and I am still wearing my own jeans... Mostly because I am losing fat belly and gaining baby belly at the same time, so the fit never changes... Although, I may have to give them up because the cut of the jean across my tummy is uncomfortable!
I have decided to use cloth diapers this time around, so right now I am caught up in the world of cutsie diaper websites... I spend hours pouring over the damn things, thinking of pros and cons of each type. Its sickening!
I pulled out all the clothes I have saved from the witchling's baby days... I have been saving these things for eight years, in the hopes that I might someday have another little girl to frou-frou up... My mom thought I was nuts, but now I can use them again! So ha! I am not as crazy a rat packing freak as she thought!
Seriously, I saved everything. I only need receiving blankets, some new onesies and socks and a few newborn sleepers, and we are good to go!
And a new travel system... We bought everything Eddie Bauer for Bubba, and I really regret it! The car seat was backbreakingly heavy, the stroller fell apart after two months of use and the bouncy seat was useless after the first month... (It sagged till his little bottom was almost on the floor! And he was a small, underweight baby!)
So this time, I am researching before we buy, and I am going to go and buy whatever has the best reviews... Not something with a snazzy design and name!

In other news, I have a rather disgusting and pathetic moment I thought I'd share with you all...
James and I spent last Saturday morning shopping, and then we went to lunch... I was feeling rather woozy because I had forgotten to eat breakfast, so I ordered a huge burger and wolfed it down. After lunch, we popped over to my mother's house to pick up the kids. By the way, I have to tell you it is so wonderful to be able to drop them off for a couple of hours and just be not-momma for a while. I love my kids, and I love being a mom, but still, its NICE!
Anyway, I had to pee, and since Bubba is obsessed with the toilet right now, he followed me into the bathroom. My mom had just taken a shower, so it was really steamy in there, and for some reason that set off my tummy... In the middle of peeing, I had to be sick! I panicked and grabbed a towel, and threw up in that, but since I had just had a huge lunch, there was a lot... I just kept throwing up more and more and more, so I spun around and continued in the toilet... By this point Bubba is screaming, James is knocking on the door to see if I am ok, and I am making the most disgusting sounds and crying... All with my pants around my ankles!
James popped the lock on the door and took the baby out so I could continue in peace, and when I finally finished, I realized I couldn't leave the bathroom... I had sick in my hair, on my face, and my shirt. And I had thrown up so violently that I peed a little! So feeling extremely pathetic I asked my husband to go home and get me a change of clothes while I took a shower.
I have to say, I never felt as low as I did when I was dripping wet, naked, huddled in a towel and sitting on the side of the tub waiting for James to come back while my brother and my mother's boyfriend pounded on the door and sighed because they both needed to get into the bathroom!
The worst part is that now everytime Bubba hears me cough he goes "Momma blehk" (makes a little throw up noise) he actually walks around the house going "Momma blehk, Momma blehk".
James finds that hysterical!
