Ok, this is my second posting for today... But I just had to say something about a comment I got on one of my surveys. Normally, people say something stupid, or silly, or once in a while rude, and I just laugh... But this one bugged the hell out of me!
"Not to nick pick, but could you capitalize the words Pagan, Paganism, Witch, and Witchcraft. It is just a pet peeve of mine. They should be capitalized, and not doing so shows disrespect. Im not saying you are being disrespectful, but some people do it on"
I couldn't believe that! Its a freaking survey... And its mine! If my use, or lack there of, of capitalization bothers you, don't read the survey! Personal preferences and all that jazz. I've been a witch for years, and studied witchcraft for a long time before that, and I of course respect my own goshdarn beliefs. I don't believe if I forget to put a "W" in front of itchcraft it means I don't respect it!
Sheesh.
Sigh.
I use the word "witch" as my name and I don't even capitalize it then!
Ok that peeved me out, but I am done now.
I don't know why this bothered me so much, but it really did.
I found it rude I guess.
Maybe I am just hormonal today. Or maybe its just that I have a really problem when someone tells me how they think I should do something...
Most likely its just me being pregnant...
