The witchling just made up a little song... Here it is:

In The Yellow Darkness

By Hannah Witchling

"In the Yellow Darkness...

Don't go in the-ere...

There might be skeletons, ghouls, and goblins...

Maybe even a few ghosts...

There might be a creaky spot,

If you go in there...

You might step in the spot

And somebody might catch you...

So don't go in the-ere,

You might get caught and I won't be able to see you-ou.

So don't go in the...

Yellow...

Darkness..."

She is so goshdarned cute. I don't know what to do with her half the time!

Lately, she likes to watch "Charmed" on TNT on the mornings... So now she runs around pretending to be Piper, and "freezes" things. Mainly us. Its hilarious.

We sat down and talked to her about witchcraft, and explained that although the show is fun to watch, that's not how real witchcraft works. So she knows the difference. She is just play acting. She runs in her room and makes potions to "vanquish the bad Momma and Daddy Demons". She'll come out and throw pens (her vanquishing potions) at me, or James, and then we have to disappear... And then she goes off to talk to her "sisters". Our dog and cat. I think she hs a great imagination.

We decided to rearrange our bedroom. Xander slept over last night and he was here to help me move things while James went to his first meeting at the new place. It is looking quite spiffy. Just moving the bed to a different spot freed up a lot of floor space. So now we have room for some baby things.

I am loving my husband today. He is going to pay Xander to come and help me keep house two days a week. So I don't have to do so much. Not that I can't now, but he wants me to have help in my last trimester (which starts next week!) So he offered Xander 40 bucks a week (ten dollars an hour, two hours on Wednesday and Two on Saturday) to clean for me. Xander jumped at the offer. I don't blame him, 40 bucks, for four hours of work a week. And pretty easy work too. I just need someone to help with dishes, and mopping and laundry... ect... That sort of thing.

I was so surprised when James told me. He can be so thoughtful at times. I only have twelve weeks left now. Just twelve weeks till I hold my little boy!

I had my blood drawn last week, for a gestational diabetes screen, which came back fine. But they say I am anemic. So I have to start taking a suppliment. Its funny, I have been so tired lately. I mean, really, abnormally tired. And even when I nap I am still exhausted. Also, I have been having a little trouble breathing. Well, according to my doctor both fatigue and shortness of breath are symptoms of anemia. I am hoping the vitamins will help and I'll get a little more energy in me!

Wanna here something odd? I have collarbones! You can see them! And my neck has gotten thinner. James says I have graceful neck, like a ballerina... Where did that come from? He noticed my neck last night, and I noticed that my collarbones were showing over a week ago. This baby is doing odd things with my body... I think I am losing a lot more weight than that which is obvious.

I don't know if I have mentioned it, but my mother is an elementary teacher at a deaf school (she is also deaf). She just started working there last year. After finally finishing college. (She graduated in June of 2002) Well now she is taking courses to get her Masters, and I help her out with that by editing (and in one case, writing) her papers for her. She has trouble with sentence structure and stuff like that because she writes the way she thinks, and she thinks the way she signs. So a lot of times words are dropped, or the tense is wrong.

She usually pays me a little, or takes me out for lunch, buys me something when I complete a paper. I never ask, but she does it anyway. Well, this time, when she went to pay me, I asked her to renew my gold account for me... Which she did!

Yay!

I still wish I knew who it was that got it for me in the first place. But I guess I never will...

Sigh...

So I am golden for another year.

I guess that is it for now. I have to go make up my bed and then give the witchling a bath...

G'night and blessed be!
