Who is this kid living in our house?

Happy Easter everyone...
Easter was nice here. I did my very first holiday with guests over (my mother, her boyfriend, my brothers, and DD) and it went quite well. I had a pretty good deal, as my mother brought over most of the food, James cooked it, and my mother cleaned up afterward!
Its nice being pregnant... I didn't really "do" anything, except make a salad and throwing a ham in the crockpot!
We also stopped by my Vavo's house and my aunt C took a few pics of the kiddies:

I brought my camera, but I was too lazy to take it out and use it! And why bother when someone else is willing to run around, chasing the kids for the perfect shot?

* * * * *

We are having a rather difficult time with the witchling right now.
She never listens to us anymore. I am hoping it is just a phase, because it hurts! She can't be bothered to do anything we ask her to do, and when I punished her, she couldn't even be nothered to do that!
Its so frustrating.
There were several incidents last week that really got to me. But we weren't sure how to handle it, so we told her that we would decide on a punishment after Easter, since we had family obligations all weekend. So first thing Monday morning, we sat her down and explained why we were upset, and what we were going to do about it. She was to write out, ten times each, the definitions for "respect" "responsibility" and "honesty". And two hours later, she had only copied out the definition for respect twice.
I kinda flipped. I was upset that she didn't even care enough, or feel bad enough to put effort into such a small thing...
So James told her that to be a member of this family you have to care about the feelings of others, and be responsible enough and respect our home and the people in it enough to do what is asked of her... Whether it be keeping an eye on her brother, cleaning her room when asked, or taking care of the dog, or whatever else it might be... Since she doesn't seem to want to do that, she is going to have a taste of what is like to not be a part of the family.
So right now she is grounded in her room. She is not allowed to come out except to use the bathroom, James is leaving her food at the door. We didn't tell her to go to bed last night, or to get up this morning, and I haven't spoken to her since yesterday afternoon.
I hope this gets her thinking. Because I am tired of the rude, selfish, uncaring little kid we have been living with for the past few weeks. I am sure its just a phase, she is just testing us to see how far she can push and all that, but I miss my sweet Hannah!!! I wish that girl would come back!
